Privacy requests and complaints

Ask about your information, exercise a data-protection right, make a complaint, or request human review of an eligibility or reliability decision. You do not need an account to contact us.

Give enough detail to identify the information or decision involved. Do not include passwords, share codes, bank details or copies of identity documents.

We use these details to handle your request and keep a record of the outcome. Read our privacy notice. Sending a request does not subscribe you to optional emails.

Rights requests normally receive a response within one calendar month. If an applicable exception or extension is needed, we will explain it. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days and investigate and communicate the outcome without undue delay.

Some records must be retained for legal obligations. We review deletion requests and explain any information we need to keep. You can also complain to the ICO.
